Note : The picture above does not represent Abraham or Isaac (peace be upon them).

Quran - Surah Saffat ( Ranged in Ranks ) verses 101 to 110 ) -

[37:101] (Abraham prayed) ‘My Lord, grant me a righteous son.’
[37:101]

[37:102] So We gave him (Abraham) the glad tidings of a forbearing son.
[37:102]

[37:103] And when he was old enough to work with him, he said, ‘O my dear son, I have seen in a dream that I am slaughtering thee. So consider, what thou thinkest of it!’ He replied, ‘O my father, do as thou art commanded; thou wilt find me, if Allah please, of those who are patient.’
[37:103]

[37:104] And when they both submitted to the Will of God, and he had thrown him down on his forehead,
[37:104]

[37:105] We called to him: ‘O Abraham,
[37:105]

[37:106] ‘Thou hast indeed fulfilled the dream.’ Thus indeed do We reward those who do good.
[37:106]

[37:107] That surely was a manifest trial.
[37:107]

[37:108] And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
[37:108]

[37:109] And We left for him a good name among the following generations —
[37:109]

[37:110] ‘Peace be upon Abraham!’
[37:110]
